Mr. J. Scott Burd, the owner of Strategy, Leadership and Cultural Change, has a wide background in program management, operations, and consulting.  His unique ability to assess situations and cultural climates has enabled over 50 organizations to make major shifts in their thinking and processes.

 

Mr. Burd has been researching leadership, change, and corporate cultures and teaching people these unique techniques for 30 years.  His 35,000 hours of research and experience is blended into a unique, systems approach that helps people become leaders and champions, reduces the fear of change, and stimulates change faster with complete participation and buy-in.

 

He has held significant positions as a Naval Aviator, program manager, university professor, entrepreneur, and international consultant.  He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, holds a Masters of Science in Astrophysics from the University of Houston, and acquired his MBA in Organizational Development at California Lutheran University.

 

 

Scott has worked with over 150 companies (in various industries) and over 12,000 people to streamline their processes, implement empowerment and leadership, and improve the morale and motivation of the people.  He has written ten books on Strategy, Leadership and Culture Change.
